This group was looking for a casual BBQ to celebrate all their hard work over the year.  The menu was easy and included:

 

Hors D'oeuvres: 

Moroccan Meatballs, Roquefort Cheese Puffs w/ Caramelized Onions, and Mini Pesto, Feta, Cherry Tomato and Asparagus Pizzas

BBQ Dinner:

Summer Orzo Salad

Classic Cesar Salad

Homemade Beef Burgers w/ Caramelized Onions

Grilled Bacon-Wrapped Scallops

Sweet and Spicy Marinated Chicken Skewers

Mini Raspberry Cheesecakes w/ Coulis and Fresh Berries

Kids Menu:

Mini Pepperoni Pizzas

Grilled Hot Dogs w/ all the fixings

Homemade Chocolate Chip Cookies
