This team of friends and colleagues got together for an intimate dinner party to celebrate the start of the holidays and their hard work all year.  They picked a fabulous menu consisting of:

 

Hors D'oeuvres

Shrimp and Scallion Dumplings w/ Balsamic Soy Sauce
Camembert, Tapenade, and Roasted Red Pepper Mini Grilled Cheese
Grilled Cumbrae Farm's Lamb Chops w/ Cumin Yogurt Dipping Sauce

Dinner
Arugula Salad w/ Gorgonzola, Caramelized Pears and Balsamico

Seared Scallop, Morel Mushrooms and Asparagus Puree

Grilled Cumbrae Farm's Filet Braciole w/ Tomato Risotto, Butter Poached Cherry Tomatoes, in a Port Wine Veal Reduction

Composed Cheese Course:  Brie w/ Port Wine Reduction, Ashed Goat w/ Spaghetti Squash Jam, and Aged Manchego w/ Fig Puree

Triple Chocolate Mousse w/ Hazelnut Dacquoise

Coffee and Libretto Pizzeria's Biscotti
