This group of friends got together for an end of summer bash.  Fall menus are full of comfort and warmth, and when you add some sophistication it makes for an event to remember.  The menu included:

 

Hors D'oeuvres:

Cheddar, Onion and Apple Mini Grilled Cheese

Mini Pulled Pork Sandwches

Cheese Platter with all the fixings

 

 

Dinner:

Red Beet Ravioli with Toasted Poppy Seeds and Shaved Parmiggiano Reggiano

Rosemary Lamb Chops w/ Grilled Vidalia Onions and Rapini Salad

Raspberry Swirl Cheesecake

Coffee and Biscotti
