Custom Gourmet Dinner - August 26, 2008
Talk about customizing a menu!!!  This group made restaurant quality crab cakes and a risotto to die for!  Peaches are in season so this dessert was incredible.  The menu included:

Goat Cheese & Arugula Mini Tarts

Crab Cakes with Lemon Pepper Aioli

Porcini Mushroom Risotto

Peach Crumble with Maple Cream
