Dulce Vanasse, Your Private Chef, knows and loves all things food. Bitten by the food bug as a child, she has trained in Europe and Canada, and continues to travel the world in search of the perfect meal.
Following studies at the George Brown Chef School in Toronto, Dulce apprenticed in Italy at the famous restaurant, Uliassi, on the Adriatic coast. On her return to Canada, Dulce continued her training with JK Kitchens; working the line at both Jamie Kennedy’s Wine Bar and Jamie Kennedy at the Gardiner Museum.
It is the immediacy of feeding small groups of “fooderati” and the love of teaching that motivates your private chef. Building on her experience at the Calphalon Culinary Centre in Toronto, Dulce offers a unique experience to food lovers who want to be better cooks.
