The Fine Print

For all Cooking Classes:

 

  • Minimum of 6 people required for all classes

  • Bookings are based upon availability and must be confirmed by Dulce Vanasse.  Bookings can be made by phone, fax or email.

  • Be kind and give us 24 hrs notice of cancellation

  • Payment by Cash or Cheque please, payable at commencement of class, to Dulce Vanasse Kitchens

  • Cooking Classes are transferable if you cannot attend

  • Cooking Classes accommodate minimum 6 people

  • Cooking Classes can be customized for your special event!

  • Please notify us of any food allergies you or your guests may have

  • Plenty of street parking

  • Must be 16 years of age or older to participate in Cooking Classes

  • Weather Permitting, Cooking Classes may be held outdoors in the months of June, July, August and September

  • Classes may be subject to cancellation.  Any advance payments made will be refunded

 For all Catering Services:

  • Please notify us if any guests have any food allergies

  • Quotes can be prepared per person/per meal or as a package.

  • One menu per event.  Prepare for small adjustments made at your private chef’s discretion to accommodate special circumstances (i.e. dietary restrictions, allergies, m

  • 50% Deposit is due to secure event date

    Chef rate is $55/hr

  • Full payment is due at event date

  • Payment by cash or cheque to Dulce Vanasse Kitchens

  • 72 hrs notice of cancellation please

  • Services included:  private consultation, quotation, customized menu, groceries and grocery shopping, meal preparation, recipes (upon request), food storage and disposal, and clean up.

  • Optional services (quoted separately):  sous chef services, wine pairing suggestions, beverages, floral arrangements, tableware rental, table setup, table and bartending service, invitations and place cards, themed events.  (Server/Bartender hours are estimate only.  Actual hours will vary depending on the event.)
