Custom Italian for Beginners - July 10, 2008
This group customized Italian For Beginners and made their own tart pastry!  It's so much easier than you think!  They also had a lot of fun making ravioli with a red beet filling.  The dessert was absolutely delicious!  The menu included:

Roquefort Cheese Puffs

Arugula, Fontina Cheese and Sundried Tomato Tartlets

Red Beet Ravioli with Toasted Poppy Seeds and Shaved Parmiggiano Reggiano

Meyer Lemon Semifreddo with Fresh Summer Berries
