This was a great way to start the season!  This brand new sailboat features a full kitchen!  This group knows how to spend the summer having fun.  The menu included: 

Hors D'oeuvres:  Clams Oreganata, Warm Onion Tarts, and  Pancetta-Wrapped Scallops

Fresh Lobster Salad with Saffron Mayonnaise

Grilled Filet with Wild Mushroom Ragout and Microgreen Salad
