Pasta Workshop - May 26, 2008
This group customized their pasta class and made fresh green pasta from scratch!  They learned a new lasagna recipe that uses green beans and potatoes!  The dessert is so delicious and super easy.  The menu included: 

Prawn Puffs

Lasagna Genovese (with pesto and bechamel)

Chocolate Raspberry Torte with Raspberry Coulis and Maple Cream
